Pocket Doors for Custom TV Stands
Maybe the TV being in sight is a matter of controversy? Pocket doors are the solution—after hinging them open they slide back out of the way so as not to restrict the viewing angle if the unit is deep enough. Then close them up when the TV isn’t in use. This unit is also “stepped” forward in the middle to break up an otherwise less interesting flush fronted unit.
